4-axis CNC machining center KP-6410C

CNC KP has a mobile control unit with a personal computer and innovative software TPA CAD with a 3D graphic interface. The program is the result of many years of development and experience and enables the user to be easy to use, while at the same time it is powerful enough even for more demanding carpenters.

The machine has a working field of 3250 × 1250 mm and 200 mm along the Z axis. It is equipped with six tubeless supports and renowned SCHMALZ vacuum grippers and a powerful vacuum pump with a flow rate of 160 m3/m.

Extraordinary main HSD milling unit with 13.2 kW motor with HSK F63 coupling and fast 16-position turret magazine. For joinery manufacturers, a fourth axis and a two-outlet Hiteco angle head are included. Fast tool change is ensured by a quick revolver tool magazine, which is installed on the console of the machine.

On the powerful drilling unit PROTEAN you can install up to 20 drills and one integrated saw. The standard equipment of the KP-6410 C machine includes a conveyor belt for waste, which takes care of removing excess material from the machine.
