Drilling/Routing CNC machine KDT KD-612 KS

CNC KDT KD-612 KS is an extremely productive flow machine for drilling, milling and sawing. It is characterized bythree independent drilling units, which enable the processing of two workpieces at the same time and ensure high productivity. Two drill heads are from above, one from below. The advantage of this machine is lateral drilling with two aggregates from the top. The lower drilling unit has smaller external dimensions with the aim of the smallest possible opening for maximum support of the workpiece during drilling and, as a result, greater accuracy.

Features of the KDT KD-612G machine

Machine operation is easy on a personal industrial Windows PC and user-friendly KDT DrillTop software. A barcode reader is included for working with barcodes. The machine has ONLINE service enabled with TeamViewer. Programs can be created both on the machine and in the office. It is possible to connect the machine to programs such as MegaTISCHLER, Corpus 3D, LestrojBox, Alphacam and Solidworks. The program is easy to use, graphically supported and parametric.

KD-612 KS is also equipped with two independent milling units for grooves and cutouts. The machine additionally has two integrated groove saws with a diameter of 120 mm, intended for making a groove for the backs.

The CNC machine is equipped with a pair of independent clamps and automatically adjusts the clamps according to the position of the holes. The length of the pliers guides is 5500 mm for processing long pieces without gripping the pliers.Entry air worktable is for easier movement of workpieces, especially workpieces with a sensitive surface. The workpiece is moved out of the machine by the transverse transport system.

Double pliers are intended for faster work and more precise gripping. The conveyor belt is intended for moving waste material from the machine.

The Flow CNC KDT KD-612KS is easy to use as it does not require any mechanical settings and by using barcodes it does not require an experienced user directly to the machine.
